This portal is to refer your patient to a government hospital.

Only registered health care practitioners may refer patients. 

Do not refer surgical emergencies by this method. All surgical emergency referrals must be made by phoning the surgical registrar on call.

 

Your request may be rejected for the following reasons:

• Inappropriate referrals i.e. Condition belongs to another speciality or sub speciality.
• You are not a registered medical practitioner
• Incomplete information

 

You remain responsible for the management of your patient until the appointment.
